Pharmacogenetics arose from the combination of two disciplines, pharmacology and genetics, which worked together to resolve a common problem: the different response between individuals to a particular drug.

Only 25% of the population metabolize drugs in a normal manner. The Pharmacogenetic Card provides a personalized profile. This pharmacogenetic profile determines which drugs we can take, which we should avoid, and at which dose they are most effective for each individual.

Looking just like a normal credit card, and featuring a USB memory which can be plugged into any computer, the smart pharmacogenetic card contains a complete guide of the medication a patient should or should not take and how, depending on his or her genomic profile.

By using a computer, each patient can enter a personalized vademecum which will make possible the taking of medication according to their individual needs.

Due to the fact that our genetic profile stays with us throughout our whole life, you only have to undergo the test once. Any patient, even a new-born baby, can benefit from the medical advantages of using the pharmacogenetic card.
